recently we had our first frost one morning and there I was in sweat pants and flip-flops with my camera at 7 am in the cold outside trying to capture the beauty of the moment and that is what I would like to share with all you lovely bloggers today.
I think this is a tiny bit of cat fur from our neighborhood cat frozen and almost looking like a tiny snowball ... so pretty!
And this is from yesterday morning ...
I just get so buzzed when everything has a white lacy frozen trim and sugary coating and now all I am waiting for is the first snow to fall and we are meant to get a little of that maybe some time soon, so I better make sure my camera battery is charged at all times now so I can hopefully capture it.
Thank you for stopping by and visiting me again here at Todolwen, it means so much to me.
I hope you are well and life is treating you kind.
Have a peaceful and creative day.
No freeze yet and still wearing my flip flops.ReplyDelete
Such pretty pictures, but I have to say that I'm not looking forward to winter. I've never liked it much and far prefer the warmer months. I can appreciate the beauty of a fresh snowfall though - as long as I don't have to go out in it.ReplyDelete
Yikes, reminds me of when I lived back east...in Ontario, and before that in Montreal. As my grandmother used to say "Winter is just around the corner."ReplyDelete
You have captured the frost perfectly! I hope the neighborhood kittie is somewhere warm.ReplyDelete
Just beautiful pictures ... but BBBBRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.ReplyDelete
Hi Karen, wow your photos are award winning to me. The frost on the edge of the leaves and shadows. Most amazing. Thank you for sharing. Blessings and smiles, EmilouReplyDelete
