My 'GYB' Giveaway Winner ..

Hello my dear friends,

firstly thank you to all of you that took part in my giveaway.

It was so nice to meet so many of you and thank you all for all your kind and sweet comments and for visiting me too. My special thanks goes out to my dear friend Vicki who brought us all together. ... Vicki ~ you are amazing!

I like doing my 'raffles' the good old way with little paper pieces with names written on them.
This time I did paper and pen too but just a little nicer as you will see. Maybe one day I will actually try the 'random number generator' out but right now I think too often things are not done the old fashioned way enough anymore ~ I hope you don't mind.

I thought it would be much nicer to use little paper butterflies ...

... and give everyone a number that matched the place of their comment ...

... all 109 of them!

They were then folded to hide their markings and I finally dipped my fingers in all of them and picked one little white flutterer!

And now this gift is now going to be given to ...

... butterfly # 4 and that is ...

... Ines from Germany!
Congratulations!!!

All I have to do now is await Ines's address and then all these goodies will be on their way to her on the other side of the world.

Thank you all so much again for taking part and I would love for you to visit me some time again here at Todolwen.

I hope you are well my dear friends and life is treating you kind.

Have a peaceful and creative day.
Yours,

Karen B.

  9. I agree, Karen, that so many things are done mechanically or electronically now... it's lovely to use old-fashioned methods, if only to keep them from disappearing forever! Your butterflies are adorable!
