Mother Nature never seizes to amaze me when it comes to her creativity.
Every where out there, there are the most beautiful creations to be found and I was lucky enough to find one of her makings right at home, on our deck in our backyard a few days ago.
I don't often go out deliberately in search of something to take photographs of ~ it mostly just happens and it was just by chance that I discovered what seems to look like 'feathers of ice' because that is what I see when I look at this.

Feathers made of ice!
What do you think?
No matter what you think to see, one thing is for sure ... Mother Nature did it again! A masterpiece of her art and I am so happy I discovered it and was able to capture it too.
And last but not least ...
... of course I couldn't end this post without sharing another one of Mother Nature's little beautiful creations.
It is one of her tiny feathered creatures ... all puffed up and keeping warm on a cold Winter's morning.
To tell you the truth, I can't wait to see what I will see next and hopefully capture, so I guess I will just have to wait and see. Until it happens again, my work table has creations in the make sitting on top of it and there are many things on my to~do list as well for this year I am sure I won't be bored.
Do visit me again some time here at Todolwen when ever you have a spare moment.
It is always so nice when you do!

ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful pictures you have there, Karen. The bird is especially pretty. At this moment, we have ice everywhere......and although it's beautiful too, it is wreaking havoc. Trees limbs are breaking under it's pressure. We have been without power for 6 hours. Hope it comes back on soon. Take care!
