A Morning Walk ~ Part 2 ..

Hello my dear friends,

today I am sharing the second part my morning walk. It will be in two posts since I still have so many photographs to share with you. I hope you will join me again on my morning walk.

Heading away from the lively ducks it became quiet. The only thing that could be heard in places was the water of the creek.

Do you see the few ducks in the water?

As I was standing on a small bridge, taking this photo something must have spooked them because all of the sudden they flew up and towards me. A little female duck almost flew right into me but thankfully she turned away last minute. I tried to get a photo of the ducks flying towards me but I had to 'duck' from the duck. ( That one made me giggle!)

This park is such a lovely place to walk and enjoy nature.
I am sure you all would love it here.

All the way at the end of this path lays a small bridge. I always stop there for a few moments before I then turn and head back again.

At times the noise of the water was so intriguing that I just walked through the brush to get a glimpse of the stream. The water was running fast and the creek was quite full but not frozen at all.

Back on the path I was greeted by this ~ a stunning winter scene. Everything was covered in a layer of  cold snow. It just makes my heart smile.

At times the sun tried to make a short appearance but otherwise the sky was quite grey but it didn't take away from how beautiful everything looked.

This is another glimpse of the creek. Some of the banks along the creek didn't have any snow at all and it looked almost spring like.

At the fork in the path I turn right to head back to where I started my walk.

The path on the left leads a different part of the park but that will be a walk for another morning.

So don't for get, our walk continues later on today. If you do have a little time 'to walk' feel free to join me again, to the final part of my morning walk.

I hope you are well my dear friends and life is treating you kind.

Have a peaceful and creative day.
