Hug Snug Mail

Hello my dear friends,

don't you just love getting mail? Well .. I do too! A few days ago I received this.

The sender of this package was no other than A. Feibusch Co. from New York.

What do they make? ...

... Hug Snug seam binding!!!

I had finally ordered new seam binding not even 10 days ago and it is already here!!
You have no idea how hard it is not to order a roll of each color!!! I had such a hard time choosing which colors to buy but in the end I finally made my choices and now they are here!!

From the top the colors are ...

... Violet (for my daughters wedding)
... Rose Beige
...Winter White
... Oatmeal
... Bark Tan
... Leather Tan
... Fig Beige
and last but not least
... Oloroso.

Seam binding is such an amazing thing to work with.

My dear friend Dawn from The Feathered Nest has the neatest charts with all the colors of Hug Snug that you can get. So if you would like to take a look, why not pop over to her blog or go to the company website: www.zipperstop.com and take a look at all the 'goodies' they have.

I am off now to crinkle lots and lots of Hug Snug!

I hope you are well and life is treating you kind dear friends,

Have a peaceful and creative day,

Karen B.

  2. Hi Karen, I don't know what you mean by crinkle. What types of things do you do with the binding? Would love to know!

  3. I adore their seam binding as well. I treated myself to 12 rolls last year, and I had the hardest time picking colours as well. They are all so delicious. I think the only one we have in common is Bark Tan, I love that one too.

  4. Oh, I adore zipper stop, they are so efficient. I live in CA and ordered last week and it only took two days for my yummy new colors to arrive. After seeing what you ordered I may need just a few more rolls to add to my "library" of colors! I love your work and the tutorials are the best. Is the doll shoe still available? There were two listed on Etsy that I no longer see. Let me know, please and thank you!

  5. They are awesome to deal with. I went into their store in NYC. You think that wasn't tough knowing you were there and could get it and take it with you. The store is a very small store front. It might be 15 feet wide and 10 feet deep to their sales counter. Your give them the color number and they go to the back and bring it to the counter to you. Quite an experience but I like them.

  6. How funny.. I rec'd my latest order today. Had to get some Halloween orange.. how could I not have some already?? I know what you mean about wanting all of the colors..I think I'm closing in on half! Ha. I've pulled out about 5 yards of each of the new colors for crinkling. Their service is great. (I think I have all the colors you've just gotten..great neutrals, which is where I started).
