And Finally ... The Wedding Video

Hello my dear friends,

a few days ago my daughter received her wedding video ... finally!
When I watched it for the first time ... just like on the actual day, tissues were needed to catch my tears again seeing my baby walking down the isle with her Dad.

My feeling of being proud of who she has become and my love for her are so intense.
I can't imagine how I am going to feel when our younger daughter will fly the nest one day.

But here is the composition of the day ... many hours put into 4 minutes but I promise you, you will not miss a thing all the laughter, tears and happiness.

Please, watch and enjoy the most wonderful day of September 23rd 2013 with me now ...

... I needed tissues ~ you might too.

(Unfortunately I could not attach the Youtube video here but if you click on the title it will take you there.)

I would like to say a huge 'Thank you' to  Andrew Ahmed for capturing this special memory for all of us. He created this video and is a very good friend of my daughter and son-in-law. He is the same amazing photographer and film maker that created their engagement video.

Andrew's talent is amazing and  he never ceases to surprise me with his work. I have included a link to his website and to his Facebook page so you can see more of what he does.

You can find him here ...

... or here ...

If you have a few moments it is so worth visiting his websites ... you won't be disappointed! One of my favourite pieces of this work apart from what he has done for my daughter and son-in-law is a short film about a baby turtle he named Stanley. Seriously ... just go and watch it ... beyond beautiful!

And this is for you Andrew ...

I think I have said this to you once before but I would like to say it again. You have a god given talent and you should be proud of what you do because you bring smiles to peoples faces and tears of joy to their eyes with your magic.

Thank you for visiting me here at Todolwen again ... I so love it when you do!

I hope you are well my dear friends and life is treating you kind.

Have a peaceful and creative day,
yours,

Karen B.

  2. I just watched the wedding video.. simply beautiful. Sigh!!!

For the first time, when I put in your new address it actually took me here instead of something coming up saying...todolwen.blogspot.com no longer exits. I KNOW THAT!!!!! It just wouldn't recognize the change. I was so shocked when your blog popped up...for real!!! I have had to go to someone's blog who had the link to get to you. Now you're really back!!!!

  3. What a lovely couple . . . the depth of their love for each other is so evident. The videographer did an excellent job capturing all the intricate details and editing to a short film.
