My 'Christmas To Come' 2016 Giveaway Gifts ...

Hello my dear friends,

I received an email from the winner of my 'Christmas To Come' 2016 giveaway this morning. She wanted to let me know that she had received my mail and just couldn't resist opening it right away and not waiting until Christmas Day! I do understand that. I have a surprise gift under my Christmas tree from the lovely Ines, from Germany waiting for me and it is so tempting to just walk over and open it but no ... I will be strong.

It was the first giveaway that she had won and I am very happy because she liked the gift I sent her very much. Since she has opened her present, it is OK for me to share what the gift was with all of you and that is what I am doing today.

I decided to gift things to be creative with and those in a traditional theme in red, green, white and of course sparkling glitter was were a must too.

I filled a small box with all sorts of Christmassy pretties like ...

... vintage lace, ribbon, seam binding and neat bits and pieces of pretty paper stuff.
Little tiny snowflake buttons and bright red shiny jingle bells too and
Christmas fabric with little winter fairies and some beautiful ornament hangers with shiny snowflakes. But that wasn't all ... a beautiful silk red scarf was placed into the box and an ornament that I had made specially made became a part of this giveaway gift.

The final part of the gift was the choice of one of my tutorials on Etsy.
I had almost forgotten all about this part ... silly me. Olivia, the winner still has to choose which one she would like to have and I will email it to her.

In my eyes this year's 'Christmas To Come' giveaway was a total success. A smile was put on some one's face at Christmas and that is what this is all about!

Just to let you all know ... there will be a 'Christmas To Come' Giveaway 2017 of course.
When it will start is something I am still thinking about and what the gift will be is just as much a mystery to me, as it is to all of you right now.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by and visit me here today at Todolwen. Do come back some time, I might just have something new to share.

I hope you are well my dear friends and life is treating you kind.

Have a peaceful and creative day.
