I just love little surprises ... don't you?
Yesterday evening my daughter Ashleigh stopped by and visited me on her way home from work and brought me a little surprise. It was a little bunch of lovely tulips.
They were bright yellow just like the sunshine and that is why she choose the yellow blooms for me, so I would have a little sunshine in the gray day it was outside. That was so sweet of her and put a huge smile on my face.
The flowers were all closed up last night and I was a bit worried if they would be OK in the morning because they had been in the cold outside whilst she was walking here. I am happy because this morning the looked much better than last night ~ they were just beautiful!
They are now standing in my kitchen window with my little china rabbit and make me smile every time I look that way. There is any tiny little drawback though ... tulips are toxic to cats (keep this in mind when you buy flowers, always to check this out when you buy flowers) so when ever I leave the house I have to close my curtains so the cats are safe and so are my flowers.

Aren't they just so lovely?!
I wish you all a little sunshine in your day today and every day.
I hope you are well my dear friends and life is treating you kind.
Have a peaceful and creative day.
